• To send marketing emails only where you have agreed, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

AI tools

We use AI models from third-party providers to deliver some services, such as content drafting and reporting. We share only the information needed for the task, and we do not sell your data or allow it to be used to train public models where the provider gives us that choice.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as hosting, email, scheduling (Calendly), analytics and payment providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
